My Favorite Teaching Moment

I enjoy teaching in the middle school classroom, because I think middle school kids are great. I know to some they may seem/look scary, but they really are a joy to work with everyday! Watching them grow throughout their junior high years is a really neat process to be a part of.

I really enjoy watching my 8^th graders at their 8^th grade graduation. Since I work in a K-8 building with around 150 students, I get to know my students really well. It is great to look back on how far they have come throughout the years. I get excited for them to move on to high school and experience everything ahead of them. It is rewarding to know that I have been able to be a part of their life!

Why I Love Teaching PLS Courses

I enjoy being able to interact with teachers, educators, and administrators from all over the United States. It is great to be able to share ideas, support each other, and learn from each other’s experiences. It feels great to be a part of such a special community of educators!
