My Favorite Teaching Moment

Seeing other embrace the strategies taught in our courses is what I enjoy most about teaching.

When a participant complained about an activity we did in one of the classes and realized that this was exactly what her own students often did, she had a huge "aha" moment and realized we all learn in different ways. She was out of her comfort zone when we used a variety of strategies. However, realizing how some of her students probably felt, she vowed to create a multi-sensory approach.

Why I Love Teaching PLS Courses

Taking PLS courses changed my instruction in my own classroom. I found that my students were more engaged and I could see the difference in the learning of my students. Seeing how powerful PLS courses are created the desire to share these strategies with others.
