My Favorite Teaching Moment

What I enjoy about teaching is having the opportunity to reach learners. Making connections that contribute to both academically and socially is motivating and inspiring. Seeing growth in others and being a part of that growth is a unique experience that not all professions get to have.

One of my favorite moments in teaching was when I had taught for a couple of years and began to have families come back to visit me and appreciate the impact I had on their child. The rewards of teaching and making a difference in their child’s life was a life changing experience!

Why I Love Teaching PLS Courses

I am excited to teach PLS courses because of my own positive experience taking the courses. The courses are designed to be engaging, practical and they are research based. Instructors are excited and positive to teach and partcipants quickly discover the useful teaching/learning that transfers instantly into their own classroom.
