My Favorite Teaching Moment
At the beginning of the year a fifth grade math student of mine struggled with learning math. Later in the marking period she had to write a letter in her English class about her favorite subject. She said she loves math now and wants to become a teacher when she grows up.
I enjoy the challenge of meeting the needs of my students and always look for new ideas and strategies to meet those needs. Seeing the light of success in their eyes makes it all worth while.
Why I Love Teaching PLS Courses
It’s exciting to teach PLS classes because I can share the joy of teaching with other educators by giving them strategies, ideas, and activities they can use immediately to meet the needs and diversity of their students. PLS classes create a valuable educational environment for both new and veteran teachers that rekindles their passion to teach.
